Business Photography Booking Process

What to expect when booking your business photography session with me.

My business services range from headshots, mini sessions for your clients to full lifestyle business branding shoot and everything in between. I know every business has different needs and if I don’t already have a photography service package that suits what you need, let’s create it!

The first thing we will do is meet either virtually or arrange to meet in person if we can. If we’re going to be shooting at your location like at a store or in an office to showcase it I try and stop by before. This gives me the chance to plan my lighting, reflectors, props and all the other fun stuff we will be needing to make the shoot a success.

Once we’ve gone over what your business needs and what you are interested in having photographed I will create a vision board that will include inspiration, goals and a description of what my ideas are. If you aren't sure yet, I will give you a few options to choose from. Once I send it to you to look over we can have a quick chat about which options you pick and of course if we’re on the same page about the direction we’re going.

We’ll then book a day if it’s not already done for the shoot and if we need to rent a venue we will book it at this time too.

Then comes the best part, shooting day!
