Planning and being prepared for your session is the key to making it a success.
Here are a few things you should remember to have ready for the shoot:
Have your outfit(s) planned with accessories and shoes. Have your lab coat, scrubs, etc. handy for a few shots if applicable.
Bring your makeup and hair brush to do little touch ups if needed.
Work related accessories for props - Example: Laptop, notebook, cellphone, tools you use…
If you sell a product, have some ready for pictures but you’ll also want to have a product in production you can finish or make for pictures.
Have Business Cards, labels, pens with business name on it… Things with your business name on it for a few “stock images”. I like using business specific items in images to make pictures one of a kind and personal to you. These can be used by you in a wide variety of ways.
Make sure the area we are going to be shooting in has been cleaned before the shoot!
Decor if your shoot is geared towards a seasonal campaign.
Remember to have a clear outline of what your goals are for the session this will help you make sure you didn’t forget anything.
